Rosti Gislaved named as a finalist for the 2025 Swedish Lean Prize

Rosti Gislaved has been named one of the three finalists for the Swedish Lean Prize 2025. More than 200 companies from across Sweden entered the competition—including global multinational firms.

The award, organized by Lean Forum, recognizes organizations that have successfully integrated Lean thinking into their culture, operations, and leadership. It highlights a long-term commitment to continuous improvement, customer value, and employee engagement.

This nomination is a testament to the dedication and discipline our teams have shown in applying Lean and TPM principles throughout the organization,” says Magnus Hettne, Managing Director Sweden. “From daily improvements on the shop floor to structured autonomous maintenance and visual controls, we’ve built a culture where continuous improvement comes naturally.

The selection process involved a written application and an on-site evaluation by Lean Forum’s expert panel. The winner will be announced at the Lean Forum annual conference this fall.
